Welcome to Dental Park, located in Ghaziabad. We are committed to providing comprehensive dental care, including both Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD) services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services offered by Dental Park, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Dental Park offers a wide range of dental treatments, including but not limited to:

  • Outpatient Department (OPD) Services: Routine check-ups, preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of dental conditions. We provide services related to General Dentistry and Speciality Dentistry including but not limited to Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery,  Periodontology, Implantology, Conservative Dentistry, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, Blood Testing Services.
  • Inpatient Department (IPD) Services: Surgical procedures, complex dental treatments, and recovery care requiring overnight or extended stays. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery cases are covered in this these Services.

3. Appointments and Consultations

  • Booking: Appointments for OPD services can be made online, over the phone, or in person. IPD services usually require a referral or a consultation. In Emergency Cases, Patient can call on 9557330403 or visit Dental Park to avail Emergency Services.
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

4. Treatment Plans and Consent

  • Personalized Care: Each patient receives a tailored treatment plan based on their specific needs.
  • Informed Consent: Before proceeding with any treatment, you will be informed of the procedures, risks, benefits, and alternatives. Your consent is required before any treatment is administered.
  • Modifications: Treatment plans may be adjusted based on your progress and changing dental health needs.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations and treatments are based on the type and complexity of the service provided. General Charges are:
    • General Dentistry Consultation: Rs. 350/-
    • Speciality Consultation: Rs. 500/-
    • Emergency Charges (during non OPD hours): Rs. 1000/-
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms.
  • Insurance: We accept most dental insurance plans. It is your responsibility to verify coverage and understand the terms of your insurance policy.
  • Outstanding Balances: All payments must be made at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Outstanding balances may result in delayed treatment.

6. Patient Rights:

  • To receive high quality patient care with dignity and regardless of any bias.
  • To know the name of your doctor as well as the names of the other members of your healthcare team.
  • To be explained in an understandable manner about the diagnosis, treatment options, risks, benefits and expected outcomes.
  • To be informed about the expected cost of treatment.
  • To be informed about pain and relief measures and to be educated about medications, diet and preventive aspect of care.
  • To request for a second opinion about the diagnosis and treatment plan.
  • To refuse a treatment / investigation and be informed about likely consequences of refusal.
  • To receive information on followup care and know whom to contact in case of emergency.
  • To expect safety and protection against physical abuse or neglect.
  • To have access to your clinical records. Right to expect that all the communication and records pertaining to your case will be kept confidential.
  • To make complaint, to be heard and to provide suggestions.

7. Patient Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information regarding your present complaint, health, medical and dental history, current medications, and any other relevant details.
  • Compliance: Follow the treatment plan and aftercare instructions provided by your dentist. Failure to comply may affect the outcome of your treatment.
  • Follow appointment: To follow the appointment schedule and notify if you are unable to do so.
  • Respect: To treat Dental Park’s staff and other patients with respect. Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • No smoking zone: To respect that Dental Park is a no smoking zone.
  • Follow Rules: To abode by Dental Park rules. Keep Dental Park clean. Do not bring alcohol, unauthorized drugs or weapons in Dental Park.
  • On time Payment: To pay Dental Park bills on time

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Patient Records: We maintain the confidentiality of your dental records in compliance with applicable laws. Your information will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
  • Privacy Policy: Please review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Medical Emergencies

  • Emergency Care: In the event of a dental emergency, please contact us immediately. If the emergency occurs outside of our operating hours, You can call us or visit us. If there is dire medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital or emergency care facility and we are available 24 hours on call to help any other emergency care facility provider regarding your medical records.
  • IPD Services: For inpatient services, emergency protocols and procedures will be followed as per the medical standards of care.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

  • No Guarantees: While we strive to provide the best possible care, dental treatments are subject to variables beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • Limitation of Liability: Dental Park and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad.
