Appointment Cancellations
- Patients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Emergency cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for Services
- Full refunds will be issued for services not yet rendered.
- Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete treatments, subject to evaluation by our dental professionals.
- No refunds will be provided for completed dental procedures.
Product Returns
- Unopened dental products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund due to health and safety regulations.
Payment and Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for refund processing.
